Restore purchases

Open Cratevyn, go to the Shop screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." This restores non-consumable items (Remove Ads, skins) tied to your Apple ID at no extra charge.

Missing a purchase?

If a purchase completed on the App Store but didn't appear in-game, try restarting the app first, then use "Restore Purchases" above. If it still doesn't show up, email us with your Apple ID's order/receipt info.
